Aspiring to pursue an acting career, after she was graduated from her school, the University of Texas. She began her career in print modeling and commercials. Her debut on TV was an extra on the show Friday Night Lights. She first appeared in minor role in TV shows like A Thin Line Supah Ninjas as well as How I Met Your Mother. Her career began on film at the same moment she first started acting with films like Detention as well as DisCONNECTED. Her first big career breakthrough when she appeared in the role of Kristina Davis in the drama General Hospital. Over the course of a full year, she was on the show. Her career was given a major boost when she was offered the role of a mechanic named Raven Reyes in the science-fiction television series The 100. The character was initially just a normal persona. But, over the course of subsequent seasons, she has become a leading character.
